Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Card Prices, a service operated by Lassus Media, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About Card Prices

Card Prices is a trading card price-tracking and collection management platform available on iOS, Android, and the web. The service provides market price data, portfolio analytics, card scanning, and collection tools. Card Prices is not a marketplace — we do not facilitate buying, selling, or trading of physical cards between users.

Use License

Permission is granted to use Card Prices for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is a grant of a limited license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or redistribute any part of the service or its content
• Use the service for commercial purposes or public display without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access our data without authorization
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

User Accounts

When you create an account with Card Prices, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@lassusmedia.com
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Card Prices offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. The following terms apply:

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to premium features until then.
• Billing: All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Lassus Media does not directly process or store your payment information.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Lassus Media does not issue refunds directly.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

Price Data Disclaimer

Market price data provided by Card Prices is sourced from publicly available sold listing data and other market sources. Prices are estimates only and are not guaranteed to reflect the actual value of any specific card. Card Prices does not provide financial or investment advice. You should not rely solely on Card Prices data when making buying, selling, or financial decisions.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Card Prices:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts
• To violate any applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit unsolicited communications, spam, or promotional material
• To impersonate another person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our services
• To use automated tools to access or extract data without our written permission

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings. Lassus Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use Card Prices ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lassus Media and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Card Prices, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Card Prices after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
